BTZx is seeking a consultant or research firm to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and jurisdictional scan to inform the development of a Retrofit Navigator training program across Atlantic Canada. The work will identify regional skill gaps, training delivery barriers, and best practices from related fields. The ideal candidate has experience in workforce development, clean energy or retrofit sectors, and stakeholder engagement in municipal, Indigenous, and industry contexts.
