Rochelle Owen has worked in the environment and sustainability field for 35 years in government, non-profit and academic sectors. Her roles in advisory, community engagement and leadership positions have provided her with insight into governance, funding, and project development in the areas of green building and climate action. Rochelle has been involved in funding and financing of over 60 energy and climate projects in the built infrastructure. The marriage of that experience and the broad technical expertise stemming from her academic background and ongoing professional development makes Rochelle a thorough and agile sustainability specialist.
